Replacement is applicable only if:
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp along with photos or videos of the issue.
Once verified, a replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or product dislike.
